Returning an Order
You may return the product to pash contemporary living should you find it damaged or the goods do not meet your approval. You are also entitled to a 7 day cooling off period. If goods do not meet you approval, we are able to offer an exchange or a refund (minus delivery costs incurred by us).
Notification of non approval must be logged by telephone (01509 767374) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days of receipt of the goods and return within 14 days of receipt. The cost of any returns carriage shall be borne by you unless the item is being returned due to damage or is faulty. All returns should be insured against carrier damage and sent recorded delivery.
You are responsible for the safekeeping of the item until it is received by us. All returns must be packaged in their original packaging to avoid damage. All returns will be assessed for damage and customer abuse, should we feel that either have been carried out we may either, offer a partial refund, or no refund.
We will not accept returns if the item is used, unless found to be faulty. In the event of a fault you must first contact pash contemporary living by phone or e-mail, we may wish to send an agent to access the fault, for possible repair, before agreeing any return.
